Promotional Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The promotion is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Office Employees, Members, Product Partner/s and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period: The promotion will run from May 1st, 2024, to May 31st, 2024. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

3. Entry Method: To enter, individuals must submit their contact details through the designated entry form on the promotion's official website.

4. Limitation of Entries: Only one entry per email address and mobile number is permitted. Multiple entries from the same email address and mobile number will be disqualified.

5. Marketing Consent: By entering the promotion, participants agree to be contacted for marketing purposes by ONpromo and/or their nearest Office National member. Participants acknowledge that they may receive promotional materials and offers via email, SMS, or other communication channels. Participants retain the right to unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

6. Random Draw and Winner Announcement: The winner will be selected by a random draw conducted on Friday, June 7th, 2024. The winner will be notified via email and/or mobile number provided at the time of entry. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the draw, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Prize: The prize details will be specified in the promotional materials. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

8. Publicity: By entering the promotion, participants agree to participate in any promotional activity related to the promotion, including the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes, without additional compensation.

9. Privacy: Participant's personal information will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the promoter's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

10. Modification or Termination: The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice, for any reason.

11. Governing Law: The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of NSW, and any disputes will be subject to the NSW jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
